I was so looking forward to these beautiful baskets that remind me of my time living in Africa. I bought a few for $158, unfortunately the package never arrived. While tracking showed package delivered, I was home at time of said delivery. I quickly contacted seller, asked if they had tracking details and receipt as well as insurance on package and policies on if a package didn’t arrive. They said no insurance on package but it was sent priority with includes automatic insurance. I asked them to file it so I could put at least the $100 insurance towards a new order. The seller never responded and never provided the necessary documents to file a claim with USPS. Additionally they never provided any seller policies for this situation. Im disheartened by the lack of response, not receiving beautiful baskets and losing $158
